He has 25 years of experience in printing, embroidery and embellishment in local and multinational companies working with reputed brand such as NEXT, M&S, Gap, Victoria Secret and A&F. He holds a Dip. M. (CIM), MBA (UK), PG. Dip. M.(SLIM), CPM (APMF), ACPM and is a Lean Belt holder. He has experience in marketing, operational management, strategic planning, financial management, lean management, risk analysis & prevention, and compliance. His exposure with international brand marketing has given him the required exposure and experience in international events where he has presented design innovations for international brand recognitions.

Chamintha has 20 years of experience in writing, communications,branding and marketing. She holds a Masters degree in Marketing from the Asia e University in Malaysia and a Bachelors Degree in English,Psychology and Sociology from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka,and have professional qualifications in marketing, PR and communications at CAM Institute UK and completed my Diploma in Journalism at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

She has 20 years of experience in marketing in a variety of corporate organisations with special exposure in Marketing Media. Out of the 20 years of experience 10 years are mainly focused in events planning and management where she carried out renowned brand launches, press conferences and many others related to media marketing. She has CPM(SLIM), MBA (Wales), Advanced Research Methods in Management (PIM-SJP). She is currently reading for her PhD at the Postgraduate Institute of Management.

IT Project Management Leader with more than 14 years’ experience in managing and guiding IT business operations and delivering enterprise-wide projects adopting a consultative approach in collaborating with key stakeholders to delivery technology solutions that meet organizational objectives. An innovative strategist, who has successfully managed major projects that have enhanced telecommunications, network security, software development and operational efficiencies.
